Mail Control Privacy Policy

Mail Control accesses Gmail and Outlook data only after the account owner explicitly authorises access.

Email data is used solely to provide inbox synchronisation, message viewing, organisation, sending and replying functionality.

Mail Control stores only the minimum account and message metadata required to operate the service. Full email content is retrieved when required for viewing or processing and is not sold or used for advertising.

Google and Microsoft user data is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used for unrelated purposes.

Access can be revoked by disconnecting the authorised account or revoking application access through the relevant Google or Microsoft account settings.
