Our Beetroot is harvested organically at 10,000ft in Dharkot, Uttarakhand, India.
It is cultivated in a single farm for higher potency & consistency in pristine himalayan environment with excellent soil & air conditions.

During extraction, Beetroot is collected manually in morning during spring for optimum nutrient retention.

Purification(Shade Dried)
Beetroot is washed and shade dried as per Ayurveda. Shade drying helps with maximum nutrient retention without any loss to sun light.
